Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled M&E Project Manager to join our client's team in Westminster The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades and installations on a commercial project

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Oversee the MEP elements of the project (Updgrades and installation
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with other project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Technical Oversight:
  • Ensure all MEP installations meet high-quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager
• knowledge of a either a Mechanical or electrical discipline, MEP systems, installation practices, and industry regulations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SMSTS and First aid required
