Permanent Opportunity - FM Project Manager - Blackburn - Up to 55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance 5,000

About your role

• Lead across a variety of lifecycle projects on a education contract covering Sites in Blackburn and the surrounding area
• Manage projects covering a diverse range of areas including HVAC, lighting, building fabric, BMS, M&E to name a few.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

About you

• Technically qualified in an Engineering discipline
• Experience of managing hard services FM projects ideally within the Education sector
• Commercially astute with experience of managing lifecycle projects
• Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
• Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing issues

Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.

This role is based in Lancashire.

You may have experience as one of the following: Project Manager, FM Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Lead, Lifecycle Project Manager, PFI Project Manager, Hard Services Project Manager.
