Client

My client is a Contractor of HVAC Projects. Due to expansion plans they are looking for a HVAC Project Manager/Senior A/C Engineer to join their team. The senior management team have extensive industry experience and are well renowned with in the UK.

The Role

The successful applicant will have experience of HVAC Project Management or a senior Engineer preferrably within Air Conditioning Sector or candidates from a HVAC or Mechanical Engineering background. Ideally, located within commutable distance of Slough, West London.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC & mechanical services scheduled maintenance, reactive and warranty call services for various clients throughout the Southeast and potentially Europe.
• Client/Account management skills essential. Liaise effectively at all levels.
• Attend and report on client meetings
• Provide quotations for service, maintenance.
• Procure subcontract labour, materials and ancillary items.
• Create Risk Assessments & Method Statements, raise orders etc.

Requirements

• Previous experience within the HVAC industry and relevant legislation knowledge is essential, with knowledge of major suppliers equipment within the market.
• Project Management/ Lead Engineer Experience
• Candidates will have a proven track record of building strong professional relationships and project management.

Package

In return my client is offering a basic salary of GBP48k 55k Basic DOE + Car, 25days holiday plus bank holidays, pension etc.
