Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, updates, and documentation.
• Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, mentoring junior staff and promoting professional growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Significant experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably within a consultancy setting.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and technology.

• Competitive salary ranging from 55,000 to 65,000, dependent on experience.
