Electrical Project Manager, London to 375 a day CIS - temp to perm - Voids contract for M&E Contractor

Are you an established Freelance Electrical Project Manager with a proven background of experience working within the Building Services and M&E sector?
Would you relish the opportunity to work for one of London's up and coming M&E contractors on a variety of Voids contracts across London?
Your background and experience, together with an industry recognised qualification, will be well rewarded for working hard on M&E Voids packages of up to 2M on a large residential projects around London. Previous M&E Fit-out project experience would be advantageous. Main duties will be to manage self delivery teams and specialist outside sub-contractors and ensuring all Health and Site Safety is in place and adhered to. Close client liaison is required.
