Graduate Operations Manager
Location: Kimbolton
Salary: 55,000 - 70,000

Key responsibilities of the Graduate Operations Manager include:

  • Team Leadership: Motivating and developing the Engineering and Production teams to achieve targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes for better performance.
  • Plant Performance: Taking ownership of plant performance, including handling customer complaints and maintaining quality standards.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all operations meet health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Your Role as a Graduate Operations Manager:

As a Graduate Operations Manager, you will lead and manage both the Engineering and Production teams (total of 17-18 people), ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. You'll be responsible for optimising processes, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.

  • Engineering Qualification: Degree in engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational improvements as a Graduate Operations Manager.
