With projects reaching up to 10 million in M&E value, our client is renowned for their commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be pivotal in managing and delivering large-scale M&E projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale M&E projects, ideally within the education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, or residential sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., IET) is desirable.
Location-Specific Requirements and Benefits:
