Rate DOE - GBP425.00p/d - GBP475.00p/d

I am recruiting for a well-established world leading design & manufacturing organisation, in a bespoke engineering setting. Due to a new project win, they are looking to add additional headcount for this very busy project period. They require an experienced Project Manager on an interim basis. Initially there is a commitment of 6 months, but this is very likely to be extended due to project scope for a successful candidate:

For this position, you will require to conduct the following daily duties:

• Manging key capital engineered projects from cradle to grave
• Ability to work accurately and flexibly within a projects team
• Preparing required project documentation to customer specification
• Running projects, speaking to key clients and suppliers, requesting quotations and expediting orders and requirements
• Ensuring commercial and budgetary requirements are met, mitigating risk etc
• Create final documentation and handover packs

The successful person will need to have the following attributes:

• Strong appreciation of mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of process applications including vessels, pumps, valves, heat exchangers etc
• An astute professional, strong relationship and interpersonal skills
• A team player, who strives for excellence
