Project Manager required for maintenance / fit out project in the Heathrow area. The Project Manager will ideally come from a maintenance / fit out background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from the completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Project Manager with previous experience working on airports or fit out / maintenance would be an advantage but not essential. The Project Manager duties will be but not limited to dealing with reporting, client facing, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
