We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Pre Construction Manager to be based from Bristol, with an option for agile working.

Day to Day:

• Working as pert of the development team identifying new development opportunities
• Dealing with planning, contract negotiation, risk assessment to financial appraisal
• Instruct and manage consultants through the process
• Act on the behalf of the HA

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Suitable construction, building related qualification
• Strong understanding around development and planning
• Previous experience of housing association grant funding
• Sound knowledge of housing association new build housing process
• Experience of using Proval LS and Sequel or similar software
• Experience working in social housing essential
