Project/ Contracts Manager - 6 month contract - Notting Hill

A growing residential developer are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager to lead a new upcoming project. Based in Notting Hill, the PM will be reporting into the company directors on a 6 month project of an office to residential flat conversion. The role will be on a 6 month self employed contract with the view to further work.

The ideal candidate will be open to joining a small but growing company and will have great input on the direction of the business. The role will be split between site, office and hybrid. The candidate will need experience running the financial aspects of a construction project as well.
