Senior Engineer / Project Manager
Salary: GBP60,000 GBP65,000 + Package
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Overview
In this role, you will support the Senior Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with subcontractors, managing project schedules, overseeing site activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication between the project team, clients, and stakeholders.

In this role, you will support the Senior Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with subcontractors, managing project schedules, overseeing site activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication between the project team, clients, and stakeholders.
What You ll Need
- A third-level qualification ideally in construction engineering, but in construction management or a related discipline will also be considered.
- Over 5 years of experience in large-scale commercial/construction projects, gained whilst working with main contractors.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A detail-oriented and focused approach.
- A proactive attitude and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Preferably, a full clean driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A fast track route into Project Management.
