Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical installation projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be working closely with clients, contractors, and team members, ensuring that all aspects of the project are meticulously planned and executed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee electrical installation projects across various sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, provide planning assistance, and offer guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and onsite teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project reporting and programming.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety standards and electrical certification requirements.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Manage the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
