Freelance Project Manager - Highways - Norwich - OUTSIDE IR35

My client are looking for a Project Manager who have recently secured Highway works including Earthworks, Drainage and Concrete works just West of Norwich.

They are seeking a Commercially astute Project Manager for this to head up the team and are looking for this individual for the start of September ideally.

Permanent or Freelance considered with salary/rate to be discussed.
