Berry Recruitment is hiring! We require a Senior Project Manager to work for our new client in Berkshire.
Our client is seeking a Permanent Senior Project Manager to join our new client that is a metal fabrication and construction business specialising in high-quality manufacture and contract installations across the construction industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and relationships across various contract installations from National House Builders to Commercial Fit Outs and much more. The geographical area will be covering sites in the South & South East but the candidate will be based in Berkshire at the company headquarters.
Salary: Competitive
Location: Berkshire.
Start date: Immediate Start
About the role:
As the Senior Project Manager your responsibilities will include and not limited to:
- Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
About you:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the Specialist /Architectural Metal Work and/or similar associated construction disciplines.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
