The Energy Project Manager job itself which is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with energy/carbon reduction project experience to join this leading energy engineering and building services from HQ in Billericay Essex with flexible working as you will be trusted to split time between office, home and sites across London/South East as you see fit.

You will plan, coordinate & deliver carbon reduction projects for concurrent retrofit projects typically in the GBP500K-GBP1M range. The scope could include HVAC Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning, BMS Building Management Systems, GS & AS Heat Pumps, AHU s, Ducting, Plumbing & Pipework and general MEP Building Services.

This role is critical to the success of carbon reduction measures implemented by customers, including monitoring, controls and heating projects.

You will be collaborating directly with consultants, engineers, analysts and project managers within the department. The role also requires engagement with other departments; key internal stakeholders will include IT, Data Services, Finance and Procurement; as well as liaison with technology suppliers and installation sub-contractors.

You will have

To be successful as Energy Project Manager you will have a healthy mix of the following:

• A strong track record in delivery of M&E/HVAC Projects to GBP1M+
• A good understanding of mechanical and electrical energy systems and solutions
• Ability to read building services engineering plans/drawings
• Ability to communicate with clients and contractors to deliver to time, quality & cost
