Are you a Production / Operations Manager, with workshop assembly experience, looking to join a leading company, in an autonomous and varied role that will see you responsible for the day to day running of the site and have chance to progress further?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, where you will play a pivotal role in the progression of the business and have the chance to grow and mould your own teams.

This company are a leader in their field, manufacturing bespoke products for some of the UKs most recognised brands. Due to a long-standing employee progressing they now need a Production / Operations Manager to help take the business forward.

In this role you will oversee the operations and production function, ensuring each team is operating in line with manufacturing and business targets. You will report directly to the directors and have a real impact on the direction of the company.

The role would suit a production / operations manager, with experience working within a manufacturing / assembly environment.
