Job Title: Programme Manager
Shift Pattern: Monday Friday 9am 5pm
Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: GBP26.06 per hour
Location: Salford Rochdale Bury Oldham.
Trust: Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust
This is a temporary role for 3 months.
Hybrid role 2 days from home and 3 days travelling around various sites based in Manchester area.

About the Trust
The Northern Care Alliance is an NHS Foundation Trust (NCA FT) created by bringing together two NHS Trusts, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. The NCA FT was formally established on 1 October 2021. The NCA has been working together as a group since 2016.
What you ll be responsible for:
- The Programme Manager will work as part of the Capital team to provide high quality project management for complex capital projects over a wide range of values from inception to commissioning and handover.
- You will work to design, specify and cost to an approved brief and to deliver a completed signed off scheme to agreed programmes, on time, within budget and to specification.
Full JD available on request
You ll have the following skills/experience:
- You must be proficient in writing scope of services with budgets of 10-20 million pounds.
- Ideally qualified to MSc level in a suitable subject (project management / construction)
- CIOB membership
- Developing and delivering Capital projects and plans.
- Knowledge of HTM and HBN
