We are currently working closely with a well established and reputable M&E Contractor who are looking to recruit an M&E Project Manager with an electrical bias for a new build residential project in West Hampstead. The company in question are expanding their operations across the UK and have an influx of live and upcoming residential projects across London and the midlands.

The project consists of 5m of M&E services which you will initially be tasked with delivering, you will be the lead on the project with mechanical support allowing you to focus electrically. After this project you will have the option to move to various other projects across East, North and West London.

The company in question have a turnover of c. 100m and are experiencing a period of growth, this is an opportunity to get a foot in the door at the perfect time. Over the last 2 years they have taken on new senior management and experienced staff from well respected contractors.

My client is offering both permanent and freelance contracts and are paying offering market challenging salaries/day rates.
