Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and oversee mechanical installations on a high end residential project. This role involves managing daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing drawings and coordinating material distribution.
• Communicating effectively with site labour.
• Enforcing health and safety policies and method statements.
• Managing material schedules and orders.
• Maintaining a site diary to record and report issues.
• Monitoring site progress and guiding operatives.
• Coordinating with main contractors on access and material deliveries.
• Ensuring high standards of quality and safety on site.
• Preparing construction programmes and managing resourcing issues.
• Attending site meetings and managing risks.
• Ensuring all work complies with specifications and is properly documented.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management with a mechanical focus
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• CSCS card
