Position Overview:

The Mechanical Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various mechanical projects within the commercial refurbishment sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive project management experience, and the capability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate mechanical refurbishment projects across multiple commercial sites in Birmingham.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project requirements are met.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
