We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join this dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position, with travel required in and around Greater London. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in expediting project timelines, managing inspections, and overseeing logistics. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Salary - 50,000 DOE
• Monthly Car Allowance
• Permanent - Full time
• Remote - Construction sites based in and around London

Key Responsibilities:

• Expedite project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage inspection processes to uphold high standards.
• Oversee logistics management to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align project goals.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
• Work with a focus on maintaining acoustic integrity and sustainable practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on expediting.
• Expertise in managing inspection processes and logistics.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Certification in Project Management is highly desirable.
• Qualification in SSSTS or SMSTS desirable.
