This is a great opportunity for a talented and ambitious Operations Director to join the leadership team for our Strategic Partnership with Lincolnshire County Council.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Director (Hertfordshire, Peterborough and Lincolnshire), your role as Operations Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective services to our client. We are looking for a top flight Operations Director to lead and manage the day to day operations of the business and to execute strategy including implementing our ambitious transformation plans.
You will achieve this through your ability to quickly grasp a thorough and detailed understanding of each of the services, the needs of the client and Serco’s strategic priorities. Overall as a passionate operational leader, you will motivate and engage your teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to deliver change.
If you are an experienced Operations Director, who can evidence successful motivational leadership and change management of large multi-discipline service teams, ideally within the within the public sector, we want to hear from you!
Your experience of working in a commercial environment and ability to demonstrate successful management and control of large budgets, and delivery of KPI’s will be vital. You will also have the ability to assimilate information and analyse situations in order to solve complex problems with ease!
Naturally you will have exceptional communication skills and be an influential and persuasive leader who has a successful track record of developing long lasting relationships with key senior stakeholders.
