My client is seeking a Project Manager to work on a planned maintenance contract in West Sussex.

The successful Project Manager will be overseeing works as part of the social housing decarbonisation fund including solar PV installation, EWI, loft insulation and heating systems. You will have experience managing planned maintenance projects previously for a specialist planned maintenance contractor, implementing all regulatory requirements for managing health & safety, setting up up short-term works programmes, managing subcontractors and your own Site Managers / RLOs.

To be considered for this Project Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness and Scaffold Inspection certificates.

This Project Manager position is being offered on a permanent basis paying up to GBP64k + Package.
