Senior Project Manager

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• 1st Aid
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure

Duties

• Oversee and callaborate with a team of Senior Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, and x2 Site managers
• Have experience using ASTA For Programming
• Editing / Adapting Programme as and when needed - Exisiting Programme already made
• Delegating work
• Have experience in New build, City centre works, Regeneration works, Facades / Steel works
• Temporary works experience
• Highway / Landscaping experience
• Develop detailed project plans and finalise specifications.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
• Maintain project timelines and adjust as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks

This is a Permanent role and requires the candidate to live in and around the Sheffield / Manchester area.
