Experienced Groundwork's Project Manager required for a new build industrial / warehouse project based in the Wolverhampton area. This reputable groundwork's contractor prides itself on repeat business working with some of the leading main contractors in the industry, together with delivering projects to the highest standards in terms of quality and health and safety.

Previous experience managing a similar scheme is essential together with the knowledge of groundwork's, external hard and soft landscaping and finishing works such as roads and kerbing etc.

You will be responsible for overseeing the project, and work closely with both the main contractor and client and report directly to a visiting contracts manager. Reporting into you will include a direct site manager and trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and ensuring health & safety at all times
• Maintaining and adhering to programme and project cost
• Client & contractor liaison
• Reporting writing & hold regular progress meetings with all parties internal and external.
• Ensure works are carried out in the most cost effective manner and highlight any potential issues
• Making sure quality is maintained throughout the works
• Making sure company procedure and processes are maintained throughout the work
