An expanding Construction Consultancy based in Central London is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to add more value to their experienced team.

The Senior Project Manger's Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will have high levels of motivation and drive and will be working within London primarily focusing on CAT A refurbishments and CAT B fit out, and occasional new builds valuing up to 15m in the Commercial, Office, and Residential sector.

The chosen Senior Project Manager's daily responsibilities include managing the project from start to finish, conducting on-site front-end due diligence, pre-contract management, and phase-by-phase management of the construction process.

The Senior Project Manager Requirements

  • Degree level qualification in Construction, or a similar construction related subject (Desirable).
  • The Senior Project Manager will need to be flexible to cover different sectors in the future
  • 3-5 years' experience working with consultancies.
  • MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM (Desirable).
  • Hands on project delivery (RIBA stages 0-7)
  • Previous management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
