A tier 1 MEP contractor requires an experienced Mechanical project manager to join the expanding senior management team in order to manage a newly procured commercial shell and core installation in the city of London. The client is looking at a prolonged period of sustainable business growth with a healthy work portfolio over the next 3 years of secured work. The majority of the work carried out by the client is commercial new build with the addition of commercial fit-out schemes also part of the larger work procured.

Candidates with a a proven track record carrying out their role successfully in these sectors would be considered, with particular emphasis being put on experience within the the London market place

The project values range from GBP12m to GBP38m MEP and expectations would be that succes candidates have worked on projects with a similar value

You will be responsible for overseeing the following aspects of the mechanical installations , working long side a lead project director and engineering team;

design coordination and implementation, cost management, health & safety implementation, sub-contractor coordination, attending shareholder meetings, project programming, commissioning, client relationship managment
