We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in London. If you have experience in working within project management, sample design, or technical client services within market research and are looking for a fresh challenge, we would love to hear from you!

What you can expect to be involved in

  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Client Success and our sampling architects to drive adoption of our sample approach
  • Negotiate audience definition and design solutions based on client requirements
  • Communicate limitations clearly and manage expectations proactively
  • Have the confidence to respectfully challenge our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Be the day to day contact for our customers for projects that are in field. Keep them updated on progress to ensure projects runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Be an expert on our platforms
  • Leverage technical solutions to create efficiencies in our processes and help design a delivery process with automation as a central tenet
  • Evaluate technical limitations and recommend development priorities to further automation
  • Build strong relationships with all internal stakeholders (Sales, Partnerships, Product Support, Client Success, Operations and Development teams), representing technical blockers to client delivery
  • Be able to campaign for the changes required to support business priorities as they relate to project management and automation
  • Establish a close working relationship with Client Success teams who will work with you on finding the right balance between what our customers want and what works best with our platform
  • Communicate support issues to our support team in a timely manner with the appropriate level of urgency
  • Keep our customers updated as needed on support issues


You’re an overly-organized, self-starter who rallies the troops and makes it happen. You’ll also need to multitask like a human octopus and still hold your nerve, which sounds easier than it is, especially if a deadline is quickly approaching and you’re still facing technical challenges. Good planning skills and an ability to communicate effectively are two key traits you’ll need for this job. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to juggle multiple projects, provide responsive customer service, and will proactively identify potential technology and/or service problems. You will be open to designing the process from the ground up which will be motivating to the right candidate.

  • Relevant industry experience; market research, sample design
