Job Title: Community Operations Manager / Community Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (across the UK)
Contract Length: 12 Months
Pay Rate: 281 - 366 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role:

Are you passionate about community building and operational excellence? We are seeking a highly skilled Community Operations Manager to join our team in a dynamic, remote role. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your experience in software development and collaboration tools to drive community engagement and manage operational processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tool and Vendor Management: Oversee tools and vendor relationships for our Community Leader program, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
• Swag Management: Handle swag processes from forecasting and ordering to inventory management and budget oversight.
• Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration across remote teams, ensuring top-tier customer service and empathy.
• Procedures and Documentation: Establish and document procedures to maintain consistency and operational efficiency.
• Project Leadership: Drive new projects from inception to execution, developing processes for successful implementation and integration.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years in operational roles, with a strong focus on community building and problem-solving.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence Cloud is highly desirable.
• Budget and Vendor Management: Proven experience in maintaining swag budgets and managing vendor relationships.
• Remote Team Coordination: Experience working with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Autonomous Work Style: Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
