A highly reputable London-based construction consultancy are looking for a skilled Project Manager who can contribute to the progessive growth long term.

Project Manager Role

The chosen Project Manager will be working within estate services which includes new builds, refurbishments, reconfigurations to The NHS Property Services of projects valuing from over 850m.

The successful Project Manager will plan and oversee the building process, ensuring that it is completed promptly and efficiently, to oversee and organise a variety of construction projects from beginning to conclusion.

Project Manager Requirements

  • A degree in Construction or Project Management.
  • Membership to Project Management Chartership through RICS, APM, CIOB or similar would be highly desirable, but may not be essential for the ideal candidate.
  • Previously client facing experience.
  • Prior experience working for a construction consultancy with at least 3 year's experience.
  • Driving License
