My client is a fit-out and refurbishment contractor located in Central London, successfully managing projects ranging from 25,000 to 7 million. While primarily serving London and the Home Counties, they also deliver projects across the UK and internationally for their repeat clients.

About the role:

My client is seeking a Project Manager for a 16 week project in Manchester city centre. The project itself is a 1.4m office design and build fit-out project. In this role, you will be the number one on-site and work closely with the Contracts Manager & Design Manager.

Salary:

• 280 - 320 depending on experience

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience managing commercial fit-out projects. Ideally office Design and Build projects.
• Able to commute to Manchester City Centre of a daily basis.
• Relevant Qualifications and Tickets.
