Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the project team
- Coordinating site and plant inductions, ensuring accurate records are maintained
- Attending and documenting key meetings, including taking and distributing minutes
- Managing project documentation and maintaining organised file systems
- Compiling and distributing regular reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Assisting the Project Manager with resource planning and forecasting
- Handling timesheet processing and maintaining calendars and diaries
- Supporting document control processes to ensure all project documents are up to date
- Managing office supplies and procurement activities
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with document control processes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of the organisation and external partners
- Experience in managing reports and diaries effectively
