Clearfield Recruitment has partnered with a leading provider of innovative Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions, dedicated to enhancing energy efficiency and operational performance in buildings across the UK.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager. You will have a minimum 4 years of project management experience, with a strong background in Building Management Systems (BMS). This role will involve managing and overseeing projects across East Anglia, Essex, and London. A company car / allowance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BMS projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Maintain excellent client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full UK driving license.
