Location: Peterborough
Salary: GBP27,000 per annum, OTE GBP30,000
Reports To: Leasing Services Team Leader / Onsite Building Manager
Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven Leasing Services Portfolio Manager to join our client s team in Peterborough. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and enhancing a residential portfolio, ensuring top-notch performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure that all activities adhere to service level agreements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the lettings process, working with local and specialist teams to minimise vacancies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the portfolio.
- Regularly evaluate and improve the performance of your assigned portfolio.
- Participate in corporate client meetings to discuss lettings strategies and report on vacant properties.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct regular property visits to all units within your portfolio.
- Manage repairs and maintenance, ensuring service levels are consistently met (through the Tenant Services team).
- Source and manage local sub-agents to achieve the best results.
- Ensure all required documentation is signed and returned by sub-agents.
- Address tenant queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Oversee budgeting and ensure all processes and procedures are up to date.
- Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure high levels of efficiency.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience in residential lettings or asset management.
- Strong IT skills and technical literacy.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to self-improvement and team success.
