Company Overview: A growing construction business has several new fenestration projects commencing in Brighton and the Isle of White.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction phase through to client handover. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects, with opportunities for fast-track progression due to our expansion plans.

Job Duties:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management
• Oversee health and safety regulations compliance on-site

Required Qualifications:

• Project Management qualification
• Valid Driving Licence
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in Project Management within the construction industry
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position based between Brighton & The Isle of White
