Full time Office based Permanent

Salary 25- 30k

Our Corby based clients are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to support two Senior Project Managers and the wider team to ensure all projects of varying sizes are delivered within budget and on time.

To be considered for the role the successful candidate must have a good administration background, be confident talking to customers/clients, be organised and thorough.

The role provides an opportunity for growth leading to management of own projects and clients in the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting the team daily, assisting with project management through the business. Ensuring dispatch and delivery of finished items to customers, adhering to all packaging, labelling and shipping requirements.
  • Speaking to and developing relationships at all levels with customers
  • Learning company systems, keeping project info records/financial) are up to date.
  • Learning and keeping up to date of company products/services offered.
  • Handling all enquiries professionally. Processing enquiries and orders, providing receipts.
  • Obtaining as much info as possible from enquiries so that you can put together an accurate quote.
  • Generating sales quotations and proposals to clients, ensuring that all client needs are managed.
  • Working with internal sales, design and production teams to fulfil all enquiries and orders on time/in budget.
  • Monitoring projects going through prototyping/ production and updating relevant parties.
  • Problem solving and resolving client issues professionally/efficiently seeking support where necessary.
  • Following up on unsuccessful opportunities and problems. Documenting and reporting weekly, identifying common trends and using this to increase rate.
  • Monitoring project budget vs spend and flagging where patterns develop, and attention is needed.
  • Other ad-hoc requirements to provide administrative support to the business as required.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in retail, retail design, marketing and/or managing client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including face-to-face client communication - not afraid to pick up the phone
  • A natural problem solver, able to think on your feet and find a solution, especially under pressure
  • Proactive; always looking for the next opportunity
  • Commercially astute, being aware of costs, good at sticking to budgets, knowing when to escalate any issues or challenges
  • Highly organised, thorough and resilient with proven high levels of attention to detail
  • A team player, willing to be flexible and adapt to suit the needs of the team and the business, but also happy being left to work autonomously.
  • Eager to learn, with a desire to establish and progress in a career within retail design & manufacturing.
