Our prestigious engineering client is now looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual into their projects team on a permanent basis
The successful candidate will work as part of a fast paced team in ensuring sales orders and project documentation is processed to required deadlines 

Daily responsibilities will include: 
•Processing and logging sales orders, purchase orders & branch transfers
•Accurate processing of sometimes complex customer orders onto Sage
•Logging sales order data onto internal reference files
•Processing of basic engineering documents to compile a Data Book
•Inputting and coordinating customer complaints on the company’s quality review system 
•Accurate and timely compilation of project documentation and test certificates
•Completion and verification of material certificates and other quality documents according to the purchase order quality requirements
•Managing the documentation cycle between accurately and on time 

Essential Skills:
•Strong attention to detail with accurate inputting skills
•Systematic, disciplined and able to plan, schedule and monitor own work within a limited or defined timeline
•Adaptable and able to switch focus at short notice to work on the most pressing issues
•Excellent computer skills – sound knowledge of MS Office, principally Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
•Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
•Outgoing personality and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
