In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead project teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Your duties will include planning, executing, and closing projects, as well as addressing any issues that arise and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

You should have substantial experience as a Project Manager with a strong focus on residential projects. Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
