Operations Manager required to join one of the UK s leading Solar and maintenance firms based out of their office in Bedfordshire.

My client specialises within the testing, installation and maintenance of solar technology. Due to extensive expansion across the business, now require a new addition to their senior management team to aid with current workload and further growth.

In this role you will be required to oversee and manage large scale operations, improving the organisations logistics, safe systems of work and compliance with existing and potentially future, accrediting bodies with whom my client works with.

Salary & Benefits

Salary - GBP44K - GBP47K (Negotiable)

Annual bonuses of up to GBP6K

Responsibilities:

Implement safe systems of work for areas that include Installations, maintenance (including testing/inspections and remedial works) and cleaning.

Implementation of procedures for the following: Stock control, purchasing and delivery of equipment to sites. Installation of PV systems including design, installation, commissioning, registration and O&M paperwork. Effective control and scheduling of the cleaning, testing, inspection & remedial works for PV systems. Allocation of staff to workloads. Enabling effective logistics to allow all the above.

Manage, prepare and submit paperwork essentials for the following: MCS Assignment, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 accreditation, CHAS Advanced, Constructiononline GOLD and NAPIT/NICEIC

Complete PQQ's when required

Training & Management of teams

Represent the business at Industry events and meetings

Positions requirements

Experienced working within the Solar PV market

Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accreditations

Previous experience working within a senior level operations role
