We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run business working within high-quality refurbishment projects across various sectors, including schools, hospitals, retail, and more. They are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical aspects of refurbishment projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead electrical projects across various sectors, including education, healthcare, and retail.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to on-site.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, preferably within refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation processes, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications are essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
