Our Head Office Talent Management Department is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive professional on a 14 fixed term contract who will play a key role within the Talent team who is responsible for leading and implementing GB and International development concepts. You will impact the business UK wide and help optimise solutions. Working across various areas of the business, you will have exceptional communication skills and recognise the importance of continuous employee development. What you'll do
- Roll out of International concepts and embedding them within GB.
- Supporting with the roll out of the annual appraisal cycle.
- Creation and implementation of Development Programmes.
- Supporting the development of high potential colleagues.
- Developing, proposing and designing development ideas and topics.
- Liaising with stakeholders in regions, Head Office and with International colleagues.
- Delivering and facilitating Training initiatives.
- Managing systems to monitor Training and Talent records and progress.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks.
What you'll need
- A genuine passion for the development of colleagues within the business.
- Understanding and experience with Talent related concepts is advantageous.
- Proactive, out of the box thinking to challenge processes to identify opportunities to drive efficiency.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors Talent module is beneficial.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Adaptable communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate people across different hierarchical levels.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability handle multiple topics at once.
- Experience presenting to Senior teams and large audiences.
- A broad understanding of operational processes within Lidl.
