Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000per annum dependent on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm & Friday 8am-3:30pm.
Benefits: 33 days annual leave (Inclusive of bank holidays), Pension, Healthcare and Holiday 'buy back' scheme
The Company:
A national engineering company with 3 decades of experience within bespoke design, construction of water, energy, and environmental processing and engineering are looking for a Project Coordinator to joint heir growing team.
Job Role:
To manage and plan the delivery of the planned maintenance works in the North and Central Regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and submission of weekly staff time sheets and subsistence forms.
- Review weekly sheets for missing data, reactive work reports etc.
- Ensure the companies integrated management system is populated, and information is up to date on live projects
- Manage team's movements and plan daily activities
- Co-ordinate with other Departments and regions
- Assist in the preparation of Application invoices, including month end.
About You:
- Experience in an office administrator role
- Strong IT knowledge
- Enthusiastic about introducing new ideas and driving improvements within the scope of the role.
Desirable:
- NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration
