• Requires thoroughness, resourcefulness, adaptability to shifting priorities/deadlines and multi-tasking;
• Requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyse and resolve problems at all levels;
• To quickly identify roadblocks to the project and mechanisms for removing them;
• Able to work within temporary project structures;
• Be able to manage technically complex programs from concept to completion, achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction;
• Establish budget and monitoring;
• Establish measures, reviews, attendees, escalation criteria and structure;
• Ensure Gardner project management systems are used on all projects.
