Project Coordinator - HVAC

My client is a leading provider of high-quality air conditioning installation and maintenance services. They are known for their commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join they dynamic team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our air conditioning installation projects. You will be responsible for coordinating between clients, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Package:

• Salary up to 35,000
• Company car + fuel card
• 28 days holiday (increasing +1 with each year of service, up to 33 days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate resources and personnel to ensure project milestones are met
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Team Coordination: Work closely with installation teams to ensure they have the necessary information, materials, and support to complete their work efficiently
• Logistics Management: Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and other resources needed for each project
• Quality Control: Monitor project progress and perform quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards and client expectations
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, costs, and timelines. Prepare reports for management on project status and performance
• Problem Solving: Quickly address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the schedule and budget

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry
