Do you have at least 5 years of experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role?Can you demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills?

We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion, leading a team of engineers and operatives to provide a professional, quality and customer-focused service.

Benefits Package:Up to GBP55k per annum

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be required to:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and monitor the financial performance of projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to.
  • Liaise with designers, surveyors, and other external bodies.
  • Ensure that Health and Safety regulations are followed, and site safety is maintained.
  • Ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.
  • Regularly review progress and provide updates to senior management.
  • Monitor and manage the quality of workmanship.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.

Candidate:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of projects.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A qualification in Building Services Engineering or a related trade background.
  • A valid driving licence.
