The role and you

Reporting to the PMO Manager, the NPD Project Co-ordinator will deliver small-to-medium complex NPD projects within Horizon 1 and 2. They will be responsible for ensuring delivery of the project to cost, quality, timescales and successful handover by the functions. They will co-ordinate a number of projects simultaneously and may support a Project Manager on large projects or programmes.

The successful candidate will manage communication to key stakeholders, such as steering committees, project teams and those impacted in the wider organisation. In addition they will proactively engage during business case development to ensure value to the business and establish project scope, objectives and schedule. They will be responsible for the project team effectiveness and delivery against agreed objectives and schedule.

Candidates must possess strong analytical, communication, organisation and team working skills as well as accuracy and attention to detail. A self-motivated and a proactive nature with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to cope with changing priorities. You will have a HNC/HND or equivalent NVQ in a relevant technical discipline or project management.
