Job Title: Electrical Project ManagerLocation: Liverpool, UK (with site visits across the North West)Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 per annum plus GBP5,000 car allowance and mileage expensesRole Overview:My client are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of projects including hotels, schools, offices, and more. The successful candidate will manage LED lighting replacements, switching gear upgrades, electrical installations, PV and EV projects, as well as emergency lighting installations.Key Responsibilities:- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.Qualifications/Experience - A Building Services Qualification is essential.- Must hold the title of Electrical Project Manager- Willingness to engage in some mechanical projects.Experience:- A minimum of 5 years' experience at the Project Manager level.- Must be currently employed as an Electrical Project Manager.- Experience overseeing projects with budgets ranging from GBP500K to GBP2M.- Capability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously.Location Requirements:- Based in, or local to, Liverpool/Merseyside area.This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to advance their career in electrical project management.
