PROGRAMME MANAGER - AI SOLUTIONS

This exciting Programme Manager role focusing around AI Solutions is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join the AI Service department of a global service provider client of ours who champion a health work-life balance.

In this role, you will be overseeing multiple projects and liaising with clients as the primary point of contact. You will also be able to utilise your software delivery management skills to ensure deliverables meet software delivery standards and improve efficiency & quality of the delivery.

Other responsibilities include:

• Resource Management
• Risk Management
• To understand and contribute to the AI Strategy
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate insights to stakeholders and clinets
• Support continuous improvement
• Work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction as well as addressing any feedback.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Experience managing a programme
• Knowledge of Conversational AI area is a plus.
• Knowledge of Gen AI concepts and its usage is beneficial.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of Software delivery frame works (Agile: Scrum & Kanban or similar.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and adapt to evolving requirements and priorities.
