Are you a Junior Project Manager with a background in construction, looking to step into a role that offers training, progression and the opportunity to work on a broad range of exciting building projects?

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading refurbishment company which specialises in small to large scale refurbishment projects.

The successful candidate will primarily manage fit-out and refurbishment projects across commercial office spaces.

In this varied role you will be trained to oversee your own projects and daily tasks. Upon completion, you will be travelling to different sites around Berkshire, Hampshire and the surrounding area, liaising with clients, managing jobs upon order and communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery, as well as overseeing labour and estimating costs for each job. The role is suited to an aspiring Project Manager with a background in construction, looking to progress a career with a growing company and play a key role in a broad range of challenging projects.

Key Requirements:

- Background / experience / qualification in Construction or related field- Preferably some previous experience in a junior/graduate project management role, however we also welcome applications from tradespeople looking to transition into a white collar/project management role.- Must be based in or local to the Berkshire/Thames Valley area.
